Tinsel Centipedes in King Cole Tinsel Chunky (9041)

Sometimes you don’t quite know what you want to knit next, and at a time like that, (or at any other time!) what could be more fun than this fabulous set of Tinsel Centipedes? A soft and shiny set of arthropods which can be made as a toy, a doorstop, or (largest of all the centipedes) a draught excluder. Created using soft and snuggly King Cole Tinsel Chunky and the solid shades of King Cole Big Value Chunky, so you can choose colourful combinations which will bring out the best of these segmented furry friends. Easy to knit, the Centipedes are all made in pieces, which are then assembled and stuffed as you progress. When complete, the Toy will be approximately 53cm (21”) and has 8 legs, the Doorstop will be about 47cm (18½”) with 10 legs, and the Draught Excluder will be approximately 100cm (39”) with 18 legs. To complete your Tinsel Centipedes you will need 4.5 and 5.0mm (US7 and US8). You will also need stuffing.
