FranceI have used Deramores for a number of years both in England and France and always had superb service. Don't know what has happened recently though. Orders sitting there for a couple of weeks untouched and not processed and not very helpful staff. Come on Deramores get that excellent service back. Wrong items sent to me and my friends I recommended you to, long delays in orders, this really isn't you at all. I know you are much better than this.
