Pastel Backpack Knitting Pattern and Kit in Deramores Yarn

Knit up this adorable pastel backpack for weekend trips, or to keep your belongings safe to and from school.

This knitting pattern has been designed by Jenny Watson in Deramores Studio Chunky yarn, which is suitable for everyday use and is also machine washable.

  • 4 x Deramores Studio Chunky - Salmon (70827)
  • 1 x Deramores Studio Chunky - Frost (70801)
  • 1 x Deramores Studio Chunky - Aquamarine (70826)
  • 1 x Digital Pattern

For this kit you will need:
1 Pair of 4.5mm (UK7 – US7) Knitting Needles
1 Pair of 5.5mm (UK5 – US9) Knitting Needles
1 Button

  • Yarn weight: Chunky (12-14 Ply) Bulky (US5-6)

  • Length: 80m | 87yds

  • Needle Size: 1 Pair of 4.5mm (UK7 – US7) and 1 Pair of 5.5mm (UK5 – US9) Knitting Needles.

  • Ball weight: 100g | 3.5oz

  • Tension: 13sts and 26 rows to 10cm, over garter stitch. 14sts and 20 rows to 10cm, 4in over stocking stitch using 5.5mm knitting needles, or the size required to give the correct tension.

Nice pattern

Used wool from my stash, pattern was east to follow looks good knitted up
