Cosy mitts for chilly days. These easy to knit mittens have been designed by Heather Walpole, feature cute colour blocks and sensible stripes, and will keep your hands warm on the coldest day. Created using your choice of 3 shades of Ewe Ewe Yarn’s soft and gentle Wooly Worsted Yarn . Made from the finest Australian superwash Merino wool, with tightly twisted strands, it has a smooth surface and excellent stitch definition. The seamless Hot Spot Mittens are knitted in the round starting with at the cuff and finishing with a neat Kitchener cast off. Knitted in stocking stitch, the polka dot spots add bright pops of colour. The pattern is charted as well as written, so you can follow whoever method you prefer. Instructions are for One Size, to fit a hand 8” in circumference x 9” in length, and to complete your mittens you will need 5mm (US8) double pointed needles (DPNs). You will also need a stitch holder.
