There’s something fishy going on! George the Goldfish would make a great cat toy (just be careful with your choice of eyes if you give him to a kitty) or a bathtime buddy! The finished fish is 18cm long. The pattern includes row numbers for each step so you don’t lose your place, instructions for making the fish, photos, a list of abbreviations and explanation of some techniques, a materials list and recommended yarns. The pattern is 4 pages and written in English. The fish scales pattern is worked using Fair-Isle (or stranded) colour-work, and the pattern includes written instructions and a chart of the colour pattern. All pieces are knitted flat on straight 4mm (US 6) knitting needles. The toys are knitted in double knitting (light worsted weight) yarns.
