Lovely Poppy Wreath

Poppies and leaves are all made, nice and easy to crochet, the yarn was nice to use, but found the green and black yarn thicker than the red, I preferred the red to work with, but all still nice to use. Now I just have to get them sewn onto the wreath, it’s going to look so pretty!

Poppy Wreath

It’s a privilege to buy an item to make for Remembrance Sunday, in honour and respect for those who serve in our name. The quality and colours in this kit are excellent. I bought two, and will also make some flowers to make one of them into a Xmas wreath, incorporating some of the poppies. Thanks Deramores

Came out great!

Gave mine a little twist by altering red and purple poppies to represent both the men and animals that have fallen. Believe there is a little mistake on the leaf pattern, but nothing that can’t be worked around.
