Good sturdy yarn

Lovely yarn, great color for the period things I tend to make for myself. It's not as soft as I expects, but it will still make a gorgeous bulky shawl!

Lopi lettlopi wool

This wool is exactly what I wanted. It knits up well, and is quite 'hairy'. No suitable for baby knitting - far too harsh, but for my's perfect.

I will buy from you again but...

I think not replying to two emails about not having received my wool for two weeks was disappointing. I think your range and prices are excellent and generally so is your service but it's the drawback of online service - when something doesn't turn up and there is no communication I become worried and it is at that point that we need a reassuring response. It obviously triggered locating the fault but no communication en route. Still I now have my lovely Rowan tweed and beautifully coloured Baa Ram Ewe Aran (in Aire the most gorgeous shade) in the dye lots I needed so it works.
