Returns Manager

All returns must be in a resalable condition, yarn must have the Ball band intact.

We cannot accept used products unless there is a know manufacture fault.

 

Terms and conditions.

Returns

  • We will replace and refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt to you complete, unused and in original packaging with tags and labels in place.
  • We will only replace items likes for like
  • Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery.
  • Returns will only be accepted and processed if returned in original packaging and in a saleable state. We reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if the item has been handled in a way in which would not be permitted in a shop.
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund yarn that has been wound into a ball, or partial yarn or color packs. Only full yarn packs are returnable. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging) along with the delivery note - please let us know why you are returning the item.
  •  We will not refund original postage costs

Terms and Conditions

  • OUR REFUNDS POLICY
    If you return a Product to us:
    (a) because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the fourteen (14) day cooling-off period (see clause 4.1 above), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full.
    (b) after the fourteen (14) day cooling-off period (see clause 4.1 above) but within 30 days of receipt of your original order, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full but excluding any delivery charges paid. 
    (c) for any other reason (for instance, because you consider that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. 
  •  We will not refund original postage costs only the full price of the product
  •  We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
  •  Digital Products cannot be cancelled once they have been downloaded. By purchasing a Digital Product, you waive the right to cancel the purchase within the usual 14 day cancellation period, whether under regulation 29(1) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the UK or any other applicable legislation in other jurisdictions.
  • Cheap frills Bundle is excluded from our none returns and refund policy due to the product containing faulty or damaged stock.
  • If your order contained a free gift/item, this item must be returned with your whole order otherwise we will charge for the free item at full RRP.
