Sssssss... Meet Amanda's Rattlesnake! Knitting in our very own Deramores Studio DK this slithery fella is the perfect home accessory as a Draught Excluder.

This kit contains Pattern as a PDF and 7 balls of Deramores Studio DK in:

  • 1 x Green Tea (70064)
  • 1 x Paprika (70055)
  • 1 x Blue Haze (70036)
  • 1 x Storm Cloud (70065)
  • 1 x Merlot (70048)
  • 1 x Shiraz (70007)
  • 1 x Butterscotch (70061)

Snake is 96cm long (not including tongue) and uses up to 50g in Butterscotch and up to 20g in each of the other shades. To make this pattern you will require a pair of 3.75mm straight knitting needles (US 5), Two 3.75mm (US 5) DPNs for the snake’s tongue, a darning or tapestry needle to sew the knitted pieces together, 1 x 250g bag of Toy stuffing which you can find here, 2 x 10mm Domed Black buttons for eyes, a Rattle or Bell for the Snake (Optional).
