NetherlandsBad communication. No reply on my earlier feedback I sent myself. I now I get an automatic generated request for feedback. It would be better if you read the feedback I send you myself and relply to that. You have a website that says 3 day delivery time. Your ‘customer support’ adds a 5 day term. No idea where that came from. So bad delivery time bad customer handling and bad website info. This advise is free again.
United KingdomWhen the yarn arrived, I planned to be good and wait til I had finished another project. No chance, it was so beguiling sitting there - I dived in and started. It is terribly easy and the way the colours build as you go along are so clever. I will admit that it seemed a little daunting because of its size - so I did a set amount every day (where possible) and I loved the quiet rhythm. You gain strength from knitting with two strands. The kit was well put together with plenty of yarn. I however, mistook the assembly instructions - they weren't written how my mind works. No matter - after a little think I decided that I would join the squares using the coroner to corner method as I went along building the rows rather than the blocks of 81. This worked beautifully for me. I love the finished item. Ends need sewing in - but if like me you do a set number of little blocks (9) every day then its nothing to sew the ends in as you go.
