Murlo shawl - unclear instructions
Am having terrible trouble understanding the pattern. She doesn't explain the method at all well, neglecting to tell us what the "backwards loop cast-on method" is, and providing completely unhelpful diagrams. I've been knitting for nearly 50 years and this one has floored me; am going to use the wool I bought and make up my own pattern. Very disappointing
Lovely pattern, but.....
Downloading pattern no problem, but for the pattern instructions I thought that there should have been more written instructions, I could not down load or even look at the 'technique' that was mentioned in the pattern therefore ended up with a large gaping stitch at the top of the square. Gave up in the end.
