Lovely and soft

This yarn was lovely and soft and perfect for a baby's blanket.

I received only one ball of blanket yarn, not enough to make a blanket. The only pattern I received was one on the inside band of the yarn. That pattern called for more than one ball of yarn. I had to buy additional yarn and feel I overpaid for this kit.

Very expensive Pattern

Recently bought Bernat Baby wool, 309g. Normally this is about £10 but bought the Bernat in a wink baby kit. This was about £14 plus delivery. I previously had a free copy of the in a wink pattern and the kit duly arrived in a very nice cardboard box and the pattern and wool. The pattern is really simple but it is for two balls of wool and as I only bought one ball of wool as the pattern suggests it seems that the pattern cost £4 which is far too expensive so I'll not be falling for that again. The bernat baby blanket wool is just lovely to knit with and it's definitely my favourite for baby blankets but next time I'll just get the wool and forget the pattern

Lovely yarn.

Much thicker than I usually use.The finished result should prove to be cosy and lightweight, ideal for an Autumn baby.
