Pretty knitted fairy doll

I absolutely loved doing this easy to follow pattern, I tweaked it myself a bit by adding sequins etc. plus also made a wand to go with the doll as well.

Rose Fairy Doll

My left hand finger got a bit sore when knitting the roses but overall I'm very pleased with the result and can't wait to see my granddaughter's face at Christmas.

It was a lovely item to knit, the pattern was simple and straight forward, no complicating stitches.

Rose Fairy Doll

This is a slightly complex version of a fairy. I adapted it to make the wings from eyelash white yarn, split the body section to make a different tone eyelash yarn skirt and made a frill to attach, which when turned forms a tutu. I will also add a wired tinsel halo/crown and may add a wand (with a star of course)!
