Hi! My name is Leonie Morgan and I'm a crochet and knitting pattern designer. I’m the author of four crochet books published by Search Press in the UK and Macmillan in America. My latest book, Beautiful Blankets, Afghans and Throws is my favourite book so far. I haven’t downed hooks yet though, so here you can browse my latest designs, exclusive to Deramores and shop the colour packs. 

I'm a crochet addict with a large yarn stash and more crochet blankets than I’ll ever need! I am drawn to designing with Aran or DK weight yarn and love playing with colour. Don’t you just love motifs and blocks? Me too! I enjoy thinking up new square patterns and new row-by-row patterns and just wish there was more time in the day to design. Whatever I’m designing, the colour choice is the most exciting bit. The process of designing, from initial fumblings with scrap yarn to picking colours and writing up patterns, is great fun. And the best bit? Sharing my designs with you!
