This allows customers to place orders over the phone, ask queries and ask for any assistance they may require.
Since Jade joined us as our lead Customer Service Advisor some months ago we have been able to successfully reintroduce Live Chat. Whether you’re needing inspiration on a new project, to queries about your order status or loyalty points, we can help. You can speak to us live between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday UK Time. All you need to do is click on the ‘Deramores Online Chat’ which can be located on the bottom left-hand side of your screen. You can start a chat from any page on our website and a friendly member of our customer service team will be more than happy to help.
Since improving our Live Chat in December 2018, over average chat rate is 265 live chats a week! We strongly believe Live Chat is a great solution for all of our customers, connecting you to one of our advisers in just a short period of time.
Bringing our customer service team fully in-house has now allowed for Facebook live chat and shorter lead times on email responses too!

Jade has a wealth of experience in customer service having previously spent seven years at Ikea. She brings great knowledge about a range of elements such as web chats, calls and emails and is helping support the team in assisting customers efficiently and improving upon the existing customer service process.
Since joining Deramores I’ve enjoyed working with a new team, learning something new about wool every day and helping support the team in progressing their current customer service skills.
Lili is studying for her BA Hons in Politics, Policy and Economics and is a great asset to the team and brings varied customer service experience to the.

Hannah has worked in customer service based roles for five years, including a flagship store in Meadowhall, Sheffield for Joe Browns. She is experienced in fast-paced environments and supporting customers throughout their shopping experience, from start to finish.
I have worked in a range of different retail sectors, such as construction, fashion, and now craft and knitting. I am enjoying working with the team here to deliver the best results possible for our customers.
