International Tracked Delivery
For international deliveries, we have now invested in a safe and reliable premium delivery service. This enables you to track your delivery at every stage of its journey whilst also receiving shorter delivery times to help you to begin your all important projects earlier.
Tracking your parcel after ordering is simple. All you will need to do is head over to the Landmark Tracking and enter your Landmark Global Order Tracking Number.
New & Improved Live Chat
Live Chat has been reintroduced and is better than ever! Helping us to assist our customers in the fastest way possible. Whether you’re needing inspiration on a new project, to queries about your order status or loyalty points, we can help. You can speak to us live between 9:00am - 5:00pm GMT Monday – Friday.
All you need to do is click on the ‘Deramores Online Chat’ which can be located on the bottom left-hand side of your screen. You can start a chat from any page on our website and a friendly member of our customer service team will be more than happy to help.
Since improving our live Chat in December 2018, over average chat rate is 265 live chats a week! We strongly believe Live Chat is a great solution for all of our customers, connecting you to one of our advisers in just a short period of time. So, you can speak to us about a range of topics from account queries to help with ordering. It is also much quicker to receive a response than emailing us, enabling you to crack on with your projects!
Points for Reviews
Finally, we’re delighted to announce that all bugs preventing customers from receiving their points on reviews have been fixed, allowing our customers to be rewarded for helping the Deramores Community choose the right product(s) for their project. Whether it be yarn, crochet patterns, knitting patterns or knitting accessories you will be rewarded on your generosity!
How to get Points for Reviews
Simply review an item you have recently purchased and 25 Derapoints will be awarded to your account. A maximum of 1 review per week applies.
How to View your Points Balance
Sign in to your Deramores account and your points balance will be visible in the top right-hand corner.
Redeeming your Derapoints
Once you've collected over 500 Derapoints you are then able to begin redeeming them. Derapoints can be redeemed by clicking on your Derapoints balance at the top right-hand corner of the page. Here you will be able to redeem your points for different values. Select the value you would like to redeem and you will receive a coupon code, both on screen and via email.
Spending your Derapoints
You've received your coupon code you’ve added all the items to your basket you wish to order, simply head over to the checkout page at the top right-hand side and use the coupon code under the section ‘Discount code’. The value of your coupon will automatically be deducted.
