The Bobble stitch is a highly textured crochet stitch, creating beautiful bobbles with a simple two row repeat pattern.

You can use any weight of yarn, as long as you use the corresponding hook. (check the yarn label for this information)

How To

Make your foundation chain in an odd number, plus one extra chain for the turning chain. (multiples of 2)

Row 1: DC in the 2nd ch from the hook, DC in each ch across.  Ch3 turn your work.

Row 2: Pt Bobble in the base of the ch3, *DC, Bobble, rep from * across.  Ch1 to secure the stitch & ch1 more, turn your work.

Row 3: DC in each st across. (work into the top of the Bobble stitch & into the DC from the previous row)  Ch3 turn your work.

The pattern is now a repeat of  Row 2 & Row 3.
